This Cake was created for a little boy who’s dad is a helicopter pilot and Riley loves all Helicopters!!! I decided to create a scene that you would see flying over Orange at this time of year. With Mountains, snow, sheep and a little Riley who has climbed the Mountain to get a closer look at the flying helicopter!
PS – The Helicopter is completely edible it has been carved from LCM Bars, coated in chocolate and then covered with fondant. All the decorations are made from fondant.
