This was my first ever wedding cake I made for dear friends getting married in January this year. A 7inch wide by 7inch tall cube, dark chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache. It was painted in white shimmer and then the black stencilling. The bride and groom were hand crafted sugar paste with each holding their favourite thing, a saxophone and golf club. The lace on the bride’s dress was hand painted and the flowers hand made.
