Ok so this is my first time trying something like this gravity defying effect but it is surely where I would like my cakes to go in the future however I hope I get better at them as this one took 2 goes as I did not quite have my hole big enough for my rod to go thru the first time and it ended up collapsing part of the finished cake when I tried to add it and had to start all over again. Oh well live and learn right. So really quite simple and been done a few times by others but I added gelatin bubbles as well which was also a first then I added gelatin to the rod to make it look like liquid and really love the way it turned out. Hope you all like it and that I can do more complicated gravity defying cakes soon. Big hugs to you all.
