John Deere Tractor Cake

Tractor made for my Brother’s Birthday modeled on one of his tractors. It was made from a 10" Chocolate Maderia Cake cut up & shaped, covered in chocolate ganache followed by sugarpaste. Quite a challenge but well worth the effort.
