This was actually MY birthday cake last year!
Red velvet cake, filled with cream cheese icing, covered in white chocolate ganache.
I used chocolate transfer sheets with white candy melts to achieve the “fence” around the outside of the cake, and finished with a red ribbon. I filled the top of the cake with chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate shards.
YUMMY!!

I’ve always loved that look! Was it hard to cut a straight line with the candy melts? That’s probably the only thing keeping me from diving into this one. Fantastic job!

It was actually easier than I thought! I just used a large, sharp kitchen knife :)
