No, really, It’s a box but it’s made of cookies. This is another project we did for the charity auction. We wanted to donate something unique that they had never seen before. The cookies all have a brush embroidery technique on them, including the 5 large cookies that make up the box. We learned some lessons on constructing with cookies on this one. 1) Always make the base cookie larger than the sides. 2) do not decorate the sides until you have made sure everything fits together properly. Then flood & decorate the cookies. 3) Use a small grater to even out ALL of the sides of the square.
All in all not bad for our first attempt at a cookie box.
