This was a 10×6″ chocolate mud cake covered in ganache with fondant bows and sashes and lots of pearls and edible diamonds. There were also 75 matching cupcakes in 3 different flavours and 3 different toppings. I was really chuffed with how my models came out. There’s always room for improvement but these models were the best I’ve made yet! Hope you like them :)
