Lady GAGA Birthday Cake for Dani

Dani is a HUGE fan of Lady GAGA and she wanted a GAGA theme cake for her 16th Birthday. Dani got just what she wanted. I made her a 3 tier cake, the top: chocolate cake w/ chocolate ganache filling. Middle: vanilla bean: with strawberry/raspberry filling, Bottom: chocolate cake w/ Chocolate Mousse filling. Covered in fondant and decorated with fondant and gumpaste embellishments. The picture on the top it’s an actual edible image of the birthday girl of the first time that she met Lady GAGA.
