This is my 2nd Frozen theme cake. It’s princess Anna this time. This is made of chocolate moist cake filled with chocolate fudge icing and frosted with buttercream icing & accentuated with fondant decors. The doll’s hair and top is made of fondant as well. It took me about half an hour to smooth the buttercream surface on it’s skirt but i am happy with the result. Thanks for looking.
