10" vanilla sponge and 6" vanilla sponge filled with buttercream and covered in white chocolate ganache with fondant icing, bottom tier has rainbow coloured ruffles and top tier has bright orange gelatin sequins, handmade carnival tiara finished with brightly coloured ostrich feathers. Love this cake.
