2-layer orange-almond cake inside with 100% buttercream outside. Roses made with #104 tip, purple and blue flowers with #104 also. Smaller purple flowers in #60 tip. rosebuds along edges in #104 tip. Leave tip for foliage in #352 tip in two colors of green. Top boarder in white #86. For flower centers #233, and #221, also for single point centers #3.
Bottom boarder is tip #86 in white, then above that is #104 pink, and #4 purple string piping.
