Aren’t they adorable? All that’s on this guy’s mind is COOOOKIEEEESSS! Piped blue buttercream frosting, used white button chocolates for the eyes and chocolate chips for the eyeballs. Chips a Hoy cookies shoved in his mouth and a delicious treat for anyone!

too cute…. my sister in law wants me to do cookie monster cupcakes for her baby shower in july….my brother in law’s mom ordered her a cake through someone else and she hates the design she wants the cupcakes too LOL
