Bright Geometric Cake

I’ve been wanting to try a geometric cake for a while now, and it so happened that yesterday was hubby’s birthday so used that as an excuse to try it. I also like naked cakes and I borrowed this idea of semi-naked ganache cake from Violet at The Violet Cake Shop™. Layers of light chocolate cake and dark chocolate ganache with a cranberry chocolate cream make up the cake. A tutorial for the geometric flower will be coming soon and will post it as a blog.
