I just loved making this cake. Gooseberry green fondant with lots of beautiful blossoms in pinks and lilacs made by my lovely mum. Extended height vanilla and raspberry with white chocolate ganache. The customer who ordered this for her mum told me today that her mum burst out crying when she saw it! I do love a blossom!!
