I was asked to make a Battlestar Galactica themed birthday cake. My husband is a fan of the show and said that a cylon cake would be the ultimate, so that’s what I made. The first picture is my cake (left) with a photo of a cylon (right) for those who don’t know what a cylon is. The cake is mocha with peanut butter buttercream and dark chocolate ganache.
