A set of three tasting cakes made for a bride-to-be. Each one was a 4" round and stood about 4" tall.
Chocolate Fudge cake with Whipped Peanut butter filling, French Vanilla sponge with IMBC filling and Pistachio Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache. Topped with Sugar flowers and a sugar diamond. (I just used my thumb and forefinger to ‘crimp’ the edge since I didn’t have a crimper)
