This cake was a challenge for me to wrap my head around the two completely different…I decided on wafer flowers instead of fondant for so etching a little lighter and fresher to go with the design..the biggest challenge was the brides dress…it was my first time using isomalt fir the lace overlay but in the end the effect was what I was imagining.
