I recently got a last minute cake order for the local area private boys and girls school. Another baker forgot their order and they needed a cake for their big cast party. We used an edible image (4 put together actually) for the top and cut out the lettering from modeling chocolate using the Cricut. The sides of the cake were piled up with modeling chocolate “wooden” barricade pieces to represent the barricade scene in Les Mis. On the inside I made a red velvet layer, a white layer, and a blue velvet layer to incorporate the French flag.
