This was my first attempt at covering a cake in ganache instead of buttercream before the fondant. This method gives lovely sharp corners if you know what you’re doing…hmmmm….I didn’t quite get the result i was after lol! I will wait until it’s warmer too as the ganache was nearly set by the time i got it on the cake! Very hard to spread. Anyway, apparently it tasted great, it was white choc mud with white choc ganache. My client said her niece wouldn’t take her eyes off it and kept asking if she could play with Mickey. Thanks for looking :)
