So called because I dreamt about the design! I then started to search for something to make the trellis with and bizarrely as I was looking, up popped JT Cakes Swan cake! I contacted Jonathan and he kindly told me where he got the mould, so here it is. It’s not without flaws, but for my first attempt at a wired sugar flower and using a mould I’m pretty happy :-)
