My 6 yr old niece planned a ‘surprise’ party for my sister-in-law and wanted a princess theme….of course! So this is what I came up with! 3 tiers of dulce de leche cake, iced in chocolate ganache and marshmallow fondant. Gumpaste shoe and brooches. Top tier had lace imprint and was designed to look like a princess bodice. Bottom tier was done with the fondant ruffle rose technique. Cake by Crumbs Cake Boutique.
