Made this cake for a friend’s birthday and she gave me a free hand in designing anything I want. So I went ecstatic and made this cake with her favorite magnolia gumpaste flowers as topper and cherry blossoms for the bottom cake, painted with leaves and branches. The lace stitching is something I wanted to try for a long time too. I love the contrasting color combination and I hope everyone likes it too!
