Flamenco Cake

This was a birthday cake for my daughter. She loves Flamenco and she was dressed in the same colours as the cake. The first tier was chocolate cake and raspberry swiss meringue bc. The second tier was red velvet cake with creamcheese frosting and fresh strawberries. The flowers, shoe, number 7 and fan are made from gumpaste. The cake is covered in fondant.
