All sugar flower wedding cake with plenty of hydrangeas, blossoms, roses, and peonies. This was a very special cake for a lovely cousin of mine who is moving to New York to begin her new married life . It was a 3 tier sponge cake covered in white chocolate ganache and strawberry jam filling. The bottom tier was 12" with a 9"&10" cake above. The weather has not helped me this weekend with cakes! I’ve learnt from so many mistakes and also off tmrw to buy a new standing fridge! As I’m dreading upcoming summer cakes !!
