This cake was made for a friend of a friend who turned 30! She is a HUGE Penn State fan and her friends wanted to surprise her with a Penn State cake. This is a vanilla cake with vanilla butter cream frosting with fondant decorations. The lion was hand made with fondant and was difficult to get perfect because the outlines are so thin. It all came together in the end, though!
