Cake Decorating as an art? Used the cake covered in fondant as my canvass and edible food gel to paint a landscape view on the bottom tier. Not an original concept mind you but it’s my first time to paint on a cake.

Friend asked me to make a cake for his brother turning 40 today who is into biking and fountain pen. She just got the cake and she’s very happy and almost cried.

All edible except the wires in the wheels.

What do you think?
