This is a take on the fabulous cakes that Jacqueline Butler from Petalsweet Cakes does – obviously her’s are WAY better, but I do love the flowers against the dark chocolate fondant.
Anyway this was my non-wedding cake (long story) and it is sticky toffee sponge with english butter toffee SMBC with chunks of butter fudge.
