What to give your mother-in-law for Mothers day when she says she has everything? You give her a giant cupcake! I have had this giant mold in amongst my cake tins for a few years and have never used it. Then I saw a picture of a beautifully decorated one by Cakes & Biscuits by Lisa and I just had to give it a go. I need a bit more practice with the piping of the rose swirls, but not bad for a first go.
