I was asked to make a cake to be auctioned at a local fundraiser; I could make whatever I wanted and decorate it any way I chose. I found this design on the Wilton site and thought it would be a lovely Spring cake. It’s an 8" carrot cake with caramel and cream cheese fillings, iced in vanilla buttercream and covered in MMF. 3D daisies are fondant, and the background daisies and grass are hand painted.
