Hi lovely people!!!
And here it is…the rest of the cake…
As I told you this cake has a funny story…it was my brother in law birthday and I was planning on doing him a cake but my sister wanted also to give him a cake…lol So we decided to give him a lovely cake… I will have to do something that I like it but with a touch of Love from her and it had to be a Twix inside cake!!!!
When the time came to do the cake I only had blue chocolate at home (usually I cover all my Twix cakes with chocolate plaques) so I had to go with what I had…BLUE? What am I going to do with blue?? I had a blue square…and no ideas…
My son was playing with some little stones that he brought from the beach…that would be nice…so I did one by one and covered the board…placed the blue square in the middle of it and thought something was missing…water…It looked nice but… now what do I place on top of it???? I went looking for some ribbon to finish the board and I couldn’t find any with the right height. The only one that fit was this Owl one that I was saving for something special.
After place it on the board I remember it that they both love owls…and that’s how they were born…LOL
The water lily’s were just the natural touch to finish it!!!
They both loved it!!! And that’s what makes my HAPPY!!!!
