My Birthday/ Anniversary Cake

This is my Birthday/Anniversary cake. It is obvious who has influenced the design of this cake, Ron Ben Israel. Today is my birthday and tomorrow is my anniversary. The cake is finished in fondant with fondant accents and fondant sugar flowers. I am really happy with the wire cymbidiums, my first time making them! I usually paste flowers or use toothpicks. I used the wrong gauge wires so my hands really hurt;). The other flowers are roses, gardenias, hydrangeas, and hibiscus.
This is a rich Caribbean fruit cake.
