My first baby shower cake ! Oh, and my first go at an elephant too – Thanks to Cake Dutchess and her fab vid tutorials for making it so simple and sweet !!
This was a deep vanilla sponge with strawberry and vanilla filling, and a white choc ganache undercoat.
