okay this is my first ever decorating role and it was to make a wedding cake for a friend. In jamaica we use a traditional fruit cake for our wedding cakes. and its pictured here. i have made calla lillies in gold large ones and small ones. i h ad a bit of problem with the fondat slipping because of the weight of the cakes ( i never used a dummy cake all three cakes were the real deal and very heavy) so u may notice it in the pics. but i am proud of my first effort and will get better as i continue. the bride’s them was white and gold. thanks for looking.
