The Rose. This cake is for the 76th birthday of a remarkable lady called Nanay Rosela. She’s my husband’s late
grandmother. A very special lady who deserves a very special cake, no less . This is a Buko pandan cake filled with cream cheese icing and frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, covered with homemade marshmallow fondant, accented with lustre sprayed appliques using the high quality & durable moulds i got from Couture Cakes by Rose.
