It’s my Birthday cake. White chocolate mud cake with lemon- coconut raspberry SMBC and lime curd, marbled ganache. Decoration is, fondant, and sugar flowers and modeling chocolate shells. sand effect done with royal icing.
I made the tropical theme because I really wist just to lay down on the beach and enjoy the sunshine ….
