I thought I’d share my new favourite cake, this is what I made this week for my husband’s uncle, there are 14 different ‘items’ from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s covering the cake (see how many you can name!) Gizmo was hand modelled from rice crispy treats covered in modelling fondant, all the other figures and items were hand sculpted using just modelling fondant. This was the most fun cake I’ve ever had to make mainly because of the great trip down memory lane I took whilst researching what to include!
