Started with 9×13 sheet cake, stacked a 6" cake where head and nose is then sculpted. Ears where made from the scrap cake. Antlers were modeling chocolate. Cake board was cut to shape then airbrushed. All buttercream cake except for eyes and nose. Hit with a little airbrush for shadowing.
