40th Roses Cake

This was for a collegue at work to mark her 40th Birthday. My Team chipped in for ingredients and I obviously provided the rest for free. This was my first attempt at a ganached cake with sharp edges. although not as sharp as Jo’s from Torta couture Cakes, I’m still rather proud of this little baby.
