This cake was a big challenge….not for the decorating but because the birthday girl had severe allergies to nuts seeds and eggs, so I had to make this cake without any other cakes around, and double wash everything and be super vigilant. It was a vegan chocolate cake recipe.
All went well and we had a very happy little girl :)
We also did a dozen matching cupcakes with ladybugs on leaves in individual spotty cake boxes to give away as party favours.
