My Neighbor came to me and graciously asked me to make a cake for her daughter who is receiving an academic award in her school where she’s going. So, this is what I’ve come up with :). The cake is a chocolate cake iced with chocolate ganache, then covered with MMF. The bronze medallion is also made out of MMF. I had a little mishap with my spacing :D need to do better next time.
