This jewellery inspired cake was for jewellery designer Anita Quansah who has had her designs featured in magazines like Vogue, Elle and modelled by the likes of Alicia keys. When Anita gave me a free reign and said to surprise her I knew exactly what to do. Anita was over the moon when she picked up her cake… I hope you like it too…. Bim x
