We made these cookies as a donation to the charity market that Alba Perez Association ride this weekend at a shopping center in Madrid (Spain), with the aim of raising funds for the fight against childhood cancer.

Alba Perez Association named after the small Alba, a little princess that since her 5 months of live fought against a very aggressive type of childhood cancer, Ewing’s Sarcoma. His little body came a time that broke down and stopped fighting, winning the cancer this time. In his name, her parents, have created this partnership to help childhood cancer research and to give financial support to research teams in differents hospitals. To this end, organize and manage promotional events and fundraising through donations from public bodies, companies, people, etc..

We made these cookies with love and hope because I’ve always admired the fortitude with which these little bodies fight, as warriors, against the dragons of disease …
