A castle cake I created for baking a smile today!. A UK organisation that provides cakes for children with life limiting and life threatening illness’s. We received this order and completed in less than 24 hours! It was a 102 mile round trip but Lucy loved her cake! The design was originally done by Lesley at the Royal bakery and I adapted it to the brief of the request of Minnie Mouse and Disney princess. The Minnie on top is sugar and the princess are edible images around the windows. :)
