This is a fairy themed cake i’v done for my mam’s birthday today, she loves fairies, so thought it would make a nice cake.
It’s a chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache, covered in fondant, then all hand painted.
Fairy hand modeled out of gumpaste, the wings i made using edible marker on wafer paper, and then dusted with petal dust’s.
