I am so thrilled, excited and proud to say I was the WINNER of the Masters Wedding Cake Section and Runner-up for the Australian Champion!!!!!!!!

The theme for the section was Free Style Design for a Traditional Bride for a Spring Wedding.
The Cake was on display over the weekend at the Cake, Bake and Sweets show in Sydney.

Well done Vanessa!! very well deserved. The flower work is stunning and it’s so refreshing to see a cake that isn’t in the conventional format. And you definitely nailed the colour, the freshness of spring is so clear you can almost smell the flowers!!! Beautiful to see xxx
