This was for my daughter’s 21st birthday. She is away at college. We drove this cake 3 1/2 hours to surprise her. I spent 30 hours creating this cake. I’d do it all over again to see her reaction. The moment she saw it, she pulled out her sell phone and started taking photos and uploading it to facebook! Gotta love that girl!

8" 5" Lemon cake with seedless raspberry preserves. This cake has been all iced with blue buttercream icing and has fondant accents. Sven’s antlers were made with white florist wire and covered with white florist tape. (I wasn’t going to try to get something so delicate made from a sugar product!) Olaf’s hands and hairs were made with white florist wire which has been painted with black food coloring gels. Thanks for looking!
