Birthday cupcakes for a friend who loves running and is excited to be getting married this year!

I got the inspiration from a couple of photos she’d put on Facebook in the last few months – one was of her purple & pink trainers after a muddy run, another was of her and her fiancé’s initials written in the sand on the beach.

I bought an extruder gun for a for a couple of pounds on Amazon a few weeks ago, so it was my first time trying that out. It worked great for doing the running shoe laces and the hair, much quicker than individually rolling each one by hand like I did for the last set of cupcakes!
