grrrrrrrreat Tiger!

I loved making the tiger. The cake was completely designed by the birthday girl. She wanted a square ganached cake edged with two rows of smarties with a tiger standing proudly in the middle. Ganaching is new to me but I loved the challenge and am now hooked. Bring on the next one! X
