Baked Potato Cake

A marble pound cake with buttercream and fondant accents. A cake I made for some very hard working teachers at my daughters’ school. They were having a potato bar luncheon…I thought this cake to be very fitting! TFL!!

So creative! Great job on this cake – I’m sure they enjoyed eating their baked potatoes and their baked potato cake ;)

Thank you for your compliments! Actually, caymancake, I had to beg the teachers to eat the cake…no one wanted to be the first to cut it! :)
