Angry Birds themed cake for a special 8 year old. He found a similar cake online and we fashioned this one like it. The wood is made from modeling chocolate and the characters are gumpaste. I typically do buttercream cakes but they wanted fondant. This was my first time using Fondx. LOVED IT! I am switching brands.
